Beyond quality and style, we also extend an unheard of guarantee: If at any point during your session you aren’t 100% satisfied with your experience, you owe us nothing and we’ll still print an 8×10 of your choice from the session at no additional charge. In addition, we are so confident in our print products they carry a lifetime guarantee. If at any point, any of our print products (including metal and canvas prints) fade, become damaged, or are destroyed, we will replace them at no cost to you. Just bring the damaged piece to us. This includes loss due to theft, fire, or some other Act of God. (Sorry, we cannot extend this guarantee to albums, but we can recreate those at a reduced price under the same circumstances.) We don’t have to do this, but we have families, too and we know how important pictures – no, how important those memories – are to us – and you.
