As a photographer, I love to hear people’s reactions when they see pictures of themselves… and are surprised at how good they look. One of my favorite things to hear is “I don’t look good in photos” .. because invariably, it is not that they don’t look good, its that they’ve never found a photographer to shoot them correctly. This is even true with actors.

Case in point is this young actress (who told me I could use her original headshot as a “before” for this purpose)… I hardly recognized her when she walked in the door (all I had seen was the first shot).
