I recently booked an engagement photography session with Brad Barton. I had never had a professional photography session done before, but Brad was extremely helpful in suggesting places to have the session. I told Brad our preferences for the photo shoot, and he picked the perfect setting for my fiancée and I to have our pictures taken. We had them outside on the beach at Lynn Creek Park. Being new to the area, I wouldn’t have known such a place existed without Brad’s help. Brad also picked the time of day that would give the best lighting and background for the sunset theme that we were trying to achieve. There was more to timing the sunset than we would’ve known about. Upon arriving to the park, Brad was already there and unloading his equipment. He was prepared for anything we asked of him, and had great ideas for different poses and shots we could take. We had never done this before and Brad was very patient and knowledgeable in suggesting ideas for us with how to look relaxed. Brad was fun and kept us laughing, all while remaining professional. Later in the week, we were called to his studio to view the pictures. We had the opportunity to pick the ones we liked best. He had set them on a slideshow, and added music to it after asking us what type of music we preferred. We picked the best pictures, and his prices were very reasonable. He even offered to put the pictures up on social sites for us to show our friends. He had great bonuses with his picture packages, as well. From beginning to end, Brad was professional, knowledgeable, fun, and extremely helpful. We would recommend him to any of our family and friends, and if any pictures need to be taken in the future, Brad Barton will be the first person we call.

I cannot thank Brad enough for some incredible new photographs of my daughter Erin. In a couple of photo shoots, he has captured her athleticism in golf as well as emerging interest in fashion photography and modeling. We were looking for some edgy modeling photos, especially some in B&W, and he delivered beyond expectations! Just after the photo shoot, we submitted photos as part of a pageant, and she came out with a Grand Supreme win, and her photographs helped land her that top title! In a separate photo shoot, Brad came to Erin’s home golf course to capture her passion in the sport there as well. Not only were the results wonderful, but Brad worked with Erin along the way by teaching her about key lighting, angles, and how to watch body placement. We will absolutely be using Brad again for future shoots!

I want to thank Brad Barton with photography. Brad has a unique way of looking at the world, in that he sees beauty in everything and everyone…from a drop of rain, a professional model, to even the “monsters” he photographs at the Texas Scare Grounds he and his family volunteer at. When Brad says I can make you beautiful, it is true. I am absolutely captivated in his ability to use lighting, props and sheer imagination to capture things no one else sees. In 2009 Brad photographed some of the “monsters” at Texas Scare Grounds for an article in Haunted Attractions magazine. The owner of the magazine Mr. Kennedy said, “This is some of the best photography I have ever seen!” There are many, many photographers out there, but there are very few artists. Brad, recently photographed my son and captured his personality, not just his image on film. All I can is WOW! So I urge anyone who wants to have a memory captured in a photo, Brad Barton is the best. I also highly recommend you do it soon as I think this world has bigger plans for Brad than just the confines of his studio. As I stated earlier he is an artist! Thank you Brad for the gift of sharing your talents with the haunt and recently with my son.
Thank you again Brad for sharing your love and talent with my personal family and our family at Texas Scare Grounds….you allow everyone to be a super star, a model, a Queen or King for what may only be a small moment in time for you, but a Brad Barton photo holds a memory that will last a life time for the person who has the honor of having their photo taken by you….
