Katy is another of my senior reps for 2011.. she’s also one of our lead actors at the haunted house (big news coming on that topic next month).

Crossroads – Ben Hur, TX

I took some time today to go through some images I’ve had for a while but not taken the time to process… this is a new gas station for my Back Roads, Texas series.. found in Ben Hur, TX (yes, that is a real place).

Stand Out Loud – Jessie | Class of 2011 Senior Photography

Jessie is one of my senior reps for the class of 2011 which starts school here Monday.

Its time to start thinking about senior pics for yourself, too.

Baillie | Dallas/Fort Worth Model Photography

Ballie is working her way into the local modeling business. At 13 and with the right attitude, she should do very well.

Have You Heard of Photovision?

Photographers:

PhotoVision is a bi-monthly DVD magazine aimed at photographers. It is an incredible resource of material. Each issue has studio tours, tutorials, interviews, marketing advice, and more from some of the top names in our business. I’ve been receiving it for a few years now and never, ever ONCE regretted the subscription.

And now they are having a special sale – anyone can receive PhotoVision’s 6 DVDs for just $39 by using the promo code: PVFAN. Check it out and see what the excitement is about. These discs are incredible.

To find out more go and order, follow this link: PhotoVision Video. You won’t be sorry you did.

You’re Gonna Stick That Where?! – I Heart Faces: Surprise

The topic from I Faces this week is Surprise, so I thought I’d “scare” up this shot from the archives. This little girl is two now (and happens to be running around in my studio today, but I digress), but this was from her first shoot with me. I sat shooting pictures while another photographer was making noise and talking to her and blowing at her to try and get smiles and expressions. This one was too precious and was titled “You’re Gonna Stick That Where?!” When the topic this week showed up.. it was the first image that came to mind.

2011 Senior Picture Time

School starts again in a few weeks, so its time for the Class of 2011 to start thinking about senior pictures. With me, you’ll get my entertainment and fashion experience – and at a lower price than you probably would pay with those guys that are dumping junk mail in your box at home. Plus, for the rest of August, I am still looking for Seniors at various local schools that might be interested in free pictures – all you have to do is agree to represent me to your friends and encourage them to come see me for theirs as well. Use my contact form for more details.

Below are some sample pages from my daughter’s album from this year. She’s not a senior yet, but who says you have to be a senior to get good pictures?
